  Terrible experience with this company. Initial impressions were good, quick response, and seemed very professional. After install I can't get ahold of anyone. Numerous calls and messages to the office and no response. They did a small area in my back yard and did not install correctly. I have grass growing through the artificial turf and all around the sides. WE STILL NEED TO CUT OUR FAKE GRASS!! Only person I could get a hold of was the sales man that came to give us our qoute. He informed me that someone would come to see what they can do, that was 2 years ago. I've been extremely patient and understanding with this company but now currently looking into other options to get it fixed. Southwest Greens was the most expensive qoute we got, but thought we were paying for a premium product so we still went with them. Boy were we wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
